We are conscious that some schools have a very limited budget for extra curricular activities. So, we have a set rate for school displays alone, which is excluding our educational resources that can be purchased separately. Depending on the campus facilities available, we prefer to limit student numbers to 40 per session to ensure greater student engagement and an optimum learning environment.
Travel costs
Depending on the school’s location, we may need to charge additional costs to cover travel expenses. Travel is charged at a rate of 80c per kilometre for the return journey from our location south of Ballarat. No travel costs are charged within the Ballarat region.
